Do I ask for wnpp@debian.org to point here?

Hi,

 as far as I can see, wnpp@debian.org is not getting redirected either
 here or to -devel.  Ideally it should point to -devel, in order for
 people to see the ITPs, ITOs et al.  Does anyone (Joy?) know of a
 reason why that should not be that way?  Would debian-qa be a better
 alternative?

 On an ideal world, people would note a message is From: Joe Developer
 <joedev@debian.org>, To: submit@bugs.debian.org and Cc:
 debian-devel@lists.debian.org, and reply to -devel /only/, instead of
 the three addresses.  Obviously the world is not ideal or people can't
 read.  Which makes me wonder howcome they reply to the messages...
