X-Mailer: Gnus v5.6.45/XEmacs 21.1 - "Bryce Canyon"

Package: chimera
Version: 1.70p1-1

If I click 'Bookmark' button(, select page from it) and then click
'Dismiss' to get rid of Bookmarks window then chimera always dies:

X Error of failed request: BadPixmap (invalid Pixmap parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 54 (X_FreePixmap)
Resource id in failed request: 0x20010101
Serial number of failed request: 12215
Current serial number in output stream: 12254

First two lines are always same:

X Error of failed request: BadPixmap (invalid Pixmap parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 54 (X_FreePixmap)
Resource id in failed request: 0x0
Serial number of failed request: 3954
Current serial number in output stream: 4005

I use 8 b/p mode in X.

On this basis I think this bug can be closed.

For reference, the same problem (with the same solution) afflicts
xnethack using nextaw, and any other program that destroys Xaw
scrollbars while running. (Except xdvi, which has an xaw-wrappers to
not use neXtaw at all.)
