This licence appears to me, to meet the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
But in the /usr/doc/sniffit/copyright file this:

Which is a completely different licence and copyright, and clearly it does not
meet the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
Which one is the real licence? And where is the LICENSE file mentioned in the
README.FIRST.gz file? Does this package in actual fact meet the DFSG, in which
case should it be moved to main?
