There seem to me to be a lot of irregularities in the functioning of
the Key bindings for Tab and friends (M-Tab, C-Tab, etc). First the
docs say that "A is for any context except for title-bar buttons."
But this is not true for Key bindings. Second, C-M-Tab (and others)
don't seem to work properly. I mean deiconification doesn't always occur
and other not yet qualified misbehavior (or misunderstanding) is going on.

FVWM configurations that I have used for years use mouse button 2
to deiconify things (as well as the other options). So it would be
reasonable to add the following to /etc/X11/fvwm2/system.fvwm2rc:
Mouse 2 I A Iconify

Also, I'm used to C-<arrow key> to move around the virtual desktop. And
M-<arrow key> moves a small amount.

I'm kinda curious why these two changes were made given the history of
fvwm?
