Taking over two packages

As mentioned on the debian-qa list, I have been given the fvwm2 (and
therefore also the fvmw-common) packages.  Please therefore change
their maintainer entries where appropriate in the maintainer/package
database(s).  I hope to do a new upload within a few weeks, after I've
finished my current projects.
