Broken Packages files?

I wasn't sure who to send this request to - if this is an inappropriate
email contact address can you please forward this request or advise me
of whom to contact?

Please check the debian/dists/unstable/contrib/binary-i386/Packages*
files.  They appear to be broken (empty).
