Bug#23623: byacc: byacc release in hamm doesn't compile on alpha, release in slink does

It is entirely appropriate to place fixes for building this package on other
architectures in hamm, since other architectures will be released for hamm.

Please don't contribute to i386 bigotry.  Please have the version of this
package, with the patches *I* authored for this express purpose, be put in
hamm where it belongs.
