New packages in bo-updates

I've installed the following into bo-updates:

isdnutils_2.1.beta1-15_i386.changes
Changes: isdnutils (1:2.1.beta1-15) unstable; urgency=low
 - the version in bo is broken : it does not work with 2.0.29/30 kernel.
 - the last bo version was 2.0-7 or so, all other version did never go
into bo, were not uploaded, were buggy, or had problems with the
   upload.
 - ca. 15-20 (reported) bugs fixed, i found more than 20, not counting
   bugs fixed in upstream source
 - this version works with 2.0.29/30 kernels (and recompiled it will
   work with 2.0.31pre kernels)
 - wrote more than 20 manpages, and additional documentation
 - wrote also other documentation about configureing isdn
 - wrote an config script.
 - rearanged configuration, so it will work now with any setup
 - the developers, the faq and all users i know recommend to update to
the 2.0.29/30 kernel and 2.1 isdnutils (this is 2.1). all old
versions are known to be buggy, and AFAIK no longer supported.
 - this version was compiled with libc5, so it can go into bo-updates.
i don't want to leave debian users with isdn without a working
version. it took very long, but know they have a working and enhanced
version. should they wait 3 months till the next release is done ?
