Bug#1124009: wireless-tools: Please stop shipping the localized man pages

Source: wireless-tools
Version: 30~pre9-19
Severity: normal
Tags: l10n

Hello,
both wireless-tools and manpages-l10n contain localized man pages. Up
to now, I removed the offending pages manually in the Debian package
for manpages-l10n.

However, the last know git repository (to me) was switched read only
early September 2025, hence I assume development has stopped. My
ticket there [1] was not answered before, and all contactes I tried
failed to be answered.

Therefor, please remove the localized man pages in the Debian package,
targetting an upload on 2025-03-28, when I will start shipping the man
pages.

According [2] we need to arrange the file transfer. As the French
pages are shipped in encondig aware directories, no file conflict will
happen. However, we need to arrange for the Czech pages.

Therefore, please add
Breaks: manpages-cs (<< 4.30.1-1)

to your next upload and tell me the version of that upload
(30~pre9-20?), so I can add the appropriate Breaks/Replaces on my
side as well.

If nobody handles this bug, I will make an QA upload in March,
potentially addressing other man page related bugs for wireless-tools.
