package adlibtracker2 upstream portability update

To whom it may concern,

I'm terribly sorry if this is the wrong way to contact a maintainer
regarding this issue - if so please nudge me into the correct
direction.

The Author of the DOS Version of Adlib Tracker 2 finally managed to
implement pure pascal replacement procedures for his assembly
functions.
I've managed to clean up some 64bit problems and we've released a new
build of Adlib Tracker 2 for ARMHF/ARM64/X86_64 and the current source
on https://adlibtracker.net/downloads.php

I've already tested all 3 Platforms under Debian/Raspbian Trixie and
had no problems so far.

If you need any help regarding Adlib Tracker 2 upstream stuff you can
contact me.
It is still running on SDL1.2 but has no problems with sdl1.2-compat -
which is already the default in Trixie anyways AFAIR.
