Package: unpaper
Version: 0.3-1
Severity: wishlist

Unpaper is a very useful program, but it is also difficult to use
because it has so many options. It would be helpful if the manpage
documented the algorithm that unpaper uses to process image files
(i.e. the various stages involved in transforming input images into
output files), and stated clearly which options affect which stages of
processing.

Hi Douglas,

I just stumbled upon an ancient issue you reported against the Debian
package unpaper in 2012. Thanks for reporting, and sorry for the lack
of response till now.

This issue seems to be resolved upstream with release 7.0.0 of the
project. See e.g. https://github.com/unpaper/unpaper/issues/27

Kind regards,

 - Jonas
