Package: gtklp
Version: 1.2.2-1
Severity: normal

On the "Output" tab in the "Sheet Usage" field the "Layout" selection
has a nonsensical default. It prints the pages from bottom to top onto
the sheet instead of from top to bottom, which is not the normal reading
order.

I'll illustrate this with a little ASCII drawing for the case of
printing four pages onto one sheet. The default is:

   -----------
  | | |
  | 2 | 4 |
  | | |
  +-----+-----+
  | | |
  | 1 | 3 |
  | | |
   -----------

while the sensible thing would be the following order:

   -----------
  | | |
  | 1 | 2 |
  | | |
  +-----+-----+
  | | |
  | 3 | 4 |
  | | |
   -----------

To add insult to injury the layout setting is not remembered when I
change it so I have to be careful not to forget it every time I print.

My x86 stable box suffers from the same problem.

regards

Diego Biurrun
