Hello.

The proposed patch does not apply anymore to the current version,
and gcc-14, default in trixie, does not allow void functions
to return nothing, which is what this report was about.

(So, had this bug remained unfixed, the package would also
have a "ftbfs with gcc-14" bug, which is not the case).

Therefore I believe it's fair to consider this bug fixed in the
trixie version.

Cc to Sylvestre. I wonder how many old bugs like this one could be
closed as well.
