Hello.

Current debhelper allows to keep "running-autoreconf" separate from
"updating-config-sub-config-guess-files", and in this case it seems
that (automatically) updating config.sub and config.guess is what made
the package to work again without requiring any special source change.

So, I believe that the best course of action in this case is to do nothing.

I've used these pages to determine the version in which we can
consider the issue to be solved:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=coinor-dylp&arch=arm64
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=coinor-dylp&arch=ppc64el

Maybe we could also reassign to debhelper, but I prefer not to do
bug archeology for such an old bug.

Thanks.
