Package: gtkam Version: 0.1.12-2.1 Severity: important (n.b. I note bug #217314, and I believe this is different.) The first time I ran gtkam I selected a bunch of photos from "Canon PowerShot A80 (normal mode) => DCIM => 101CANON", right-clicked, and saved. The dialog came up and it saved the files. I then deleted the files from the camera, selected a few more, and tried to save them too. The save dialog comes up, when I click OK another window flashes up for a moment, but no JPEGs show up on my harddisk, either in ".", "..", "/tmp", "~/", or "/". I can view the images with the built-in viewer; it takes a few seconds to load, as one might expect. So it looks like interacting with the camera is all fine. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.6 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C Versions of packages gtkam depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 1.6.1-5 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libexif-gtk4 0.3.3-6 Library providing GTK+ widgets to ii libexif10 0.6.9-3 The EXIF library allows you to par ii libglib2.0-0 2.4.7-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgphoto2-2 2.1.4-8 The gphoto2 digital camera library ii libgphoto2-port0 2.1.4-8 The gphoto2 digital camera port li ii libgtk2.0-0 2.4.13-1 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libpango1.0-0 1.4.1-4 Layout and rendering of internatio -- no debconf information
