Bug#1119081: libgcr410: Broken since pcsc-lite 2.4.0

Source: libgcr410
Version: 2.4.0-11
Severity: grave
Tags: upstream
Justification: renders package unusable

Hello,

Since pcsc-lite 2.4.0 this driver should not work any more as-is.
See https://blog.apdu.fr/posts/2025/10/pcscd-runs-as-pcscd-user/

I am the upstream maintainer of this driver (I wrote it 25 years ago)
and I don't understand why it is packaged for Debian. It is more or less
a duplicate of the libgempc410 Debian package.

I asked for removal of libgempc410 in #1119078

libgcr410 should not be included in the next Debian stable release
forky.
