Dear Maintainer,

CDBS is an unmaintained build system that is slowly being removed
from Debian.

One necessary step in this process to ease it's removal is to make it
loose it's "key package" / "Too big to fail" special status.

This status is inherited from other "key packages" - such as yours -
needing cdbs to build.

So please move away from CDBS and use the new simple DH sequencer.
