Bug#1112573: dvbackup: recommends rsbep which is not in unstable

Subject: dvbackup: recommends rsbep which is not in unstable
Package: dvbackup
Version: 1:0.0.4-11
Severity: minor
User: carles@pina.cat
Usertags: package-relations

Dear maintainer,

I see that the package dvbackup (version 1:0.0.4-11) recommends rsbep
which is not in unstable.

This can be seen in https://packages.debian.org/unstable/dvbackup

Should it be dropped or changed?

I see that rsbep is mentioned in https://dvbackup.sourceforge.net/ .
But I think that have never been packaged in Debian. Since Debian policy
about recommends:

https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html

Says:

This declares a strong, but not absolute, dependency.

The Recommends field should list packages that would be found
together with this one in all but unusual installations.

I think that rbsep should not be in Recommends. Perhaps in Suggests (but
I am not sure how adequate is to mention packages that are not in Debian
in there either).

Thank you,
