Bug#1110108: logisim: Wrong launcher in menu for Logisim

Dear Maintainer,

After Logisim installation, clicked on it's entry on menu, but notting happened. Found that this is not actually an executable file: 

embar@prodesk:~$ file /usr/bin/logisim
/usr/bin/logisim: symbolic link to ../share/logisim/logisim.jar

Tryied to start it manually with java -jar /usr/bin/logisim and it ran fine. 

Wsited my plasma menu entry and manually changed "Program:" from "logisim" to "java -jar /usr/bin/logisim". Please apply it in deb installation scripts.
