Package: apsfilter
Version: 5.1.4-1
Severity: important
Hello,
I updated from potato to woody lately. I'm still using apsfilter 5.x from
potato because v 6.0 didn't upgraded nicely from v 5.x. mainly because
incompatibilities between versions.
I wanted to give a try to v 7.2.2 which is now in the stable distribution
(woody). Wasn't a very good idea.
First of all, my printer doesn't seems to be supported anymode (epsonc),
2nd, The test page printed nothing at all. So I removed it from my computer
and went back to well-behaving v 5.1.4.
I don't understand why replacing working software by non-working one.
Apsfilter v 6 was annoying to install because the whole configuration has
to be repeated. Same in v 7, and furthermore it doesn't works.
Have a nice day.
