gimp-gap is a gimp 2 plugin. The Debian GNOME team will be uploading
gimp 3 to Unstable soon for inclusion in Debian 13 Trixie.

gimp-gap is archived upstream which means that bug reports, bug fixes,
translation updates, etc. are no longer accepted. Therefore, there is
no one working to fix this incompatibility.

Please remove gimp-gap from Debian.
