I too believe it is time to remove the transitional package
mercurial-crecord from unstable and testing.  Its funcitionality is
baked into mercurial according to BTS #804267, and it has been a
transitional package since 2019-09-16, ie across several stable
releases.

There are no reverse dependencies in unstable.
