I can certainly repro this, at full-size and in downscaled fonts, cf.
  big.png   which is character "Cc6bc"    from cc48s.bdf
  small.png which is character ""$0x463c" from guob16.bdf
correspond to the glyph at hand
(U+840D CJK UNIFIED IDEOGRAPH-840D).

Both clearly include a stem in the bit on the left
(forgive my nomenclatural deficiencies).
