Package: kinput2 Severity: normal kinput2 didn't used to do this, but recently, it seems to have started grabbing "Control-o" and using it to toggle conversion mode. [It used to be that only "Shift-space" was used for this purpose.] This obviously interferes hugely with anybody that uses Emacs (where C-o is a very common keybinding), and in general I think it's simply too common a keystroke for kinput2 to use. [I'm not entirely sure that it's kinput2's fault -- I can't find any mention of C-o in the documentation or config files -- but C-o does toggle conversion, and killing the kinput2 daemon lets me use C-o for Emacs again.] Thanks, -Miles -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.13.2 Locale: LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
