Package: kinput2-canna
Version: 3.0-19
Severity: important

I followed the instructions at http://www.katzbrown.com/shiritsu/unix
help/japanese on kde/ to install nihongo support for my Linux system.

I start kinput2 in the startkde shell script:
export LC_ALL=ja_JP
export LANG=ja_JP.eucJP
export XMODIFIERS='@im=kinput2'
kinput2 -canna &

But this has the effect of disabling some dead keys... I cannot type French
accents anymore :( If I kill kinput2 I see stuff like ^a or `a when typing
accents.
