Bug#1027901: Upgrade: h2 header breaks polipo, fixed upstream
Package: polipo
Version: 1.1.1-10
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I noticed that polipo fails with a 502 error on certain
non ssl websites like: http://neverssl.com
After some digging I found those sites do request an upgrade to HTTP/2
via an Upgrade: h2,h2c Header.
I attempted to 'censor' the Upgrade header, but Polipo still fails.
I found, this is already fixed upstream 6 years ago:
https://github.com/jech/polipo/issues/81
https://github.com/jech/polipo/commit/726e1390f1a0978f440ce8b216d7e54f37212da0
Thanks in advance to implement this fix on the debian version.
