If an existing apt-listchanges window is there, and one updates few
more packages, then apt-listchanges decides to not show. It should
spawn another window or something.

I'm closing this bug for a number of reasons:

* There has been no activity on it for more than three years

* The reporter did not respond to the most recent request for information

* After a significant amount of back-and-forth between the reporter and (previous) maintainer it's still not clear if there's an actual bug here

* The package has been significantly revamped since this bug was filed

I'm happy to reopen the bug and work further on it if the reporter believes there is still an issue and is available to troubleshoot further.
