Package: tagcoll
Version: 2.0.14

I try to compile libept 1.0.12 with -DINTERNAL_WIBBLE=1
-DINTERNAL_TAGCOLL=1 options.
The build fails, because source of tagcoll (2.0.14) don't contains
CMakeLists.txt file, and the cmake don't supports autotools.

Please add cmake usability for tagcoll.
