The desktop file for Linux/Debian (/usr/share/applications/tuxcmd.desktop) is missing the additional category: 'Core'.
Alternativly possible may be the category 'FileManager'.

As a file manager one of this additional category should be added. I recommend 'Core' more than 'FileManger'.
