Dear Maintainer,

On 22nd March, 2015, the stable version on cakephp version 3.0 was released. It
has since been followed by a release of 3.0.1.

The version currently packaged for debian is a *very* old 1.3! Is it possible
to update the packaged version to 3.0.1 before jessie is released.
