Bug#981637: ifscheme: ifup no longer recognises interface names with ifscheme suffixes

Can confirm in unstable with ifscheme 1.7-6 and ifupdown 0.8.36 and
a "quote normal" enp0s1 ethernet interface.

Raising to serious as it would appear ifscheme is just broken.
