* What led up to the situation?
Trying to use a pre-compiled binary for `ctmilter`, an
application that dynalinks with `libmilter`.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
The application wouldn't start because it failed to find
`libmilter.so.1`. Checking with
$ ldd ./ctmilter.bin
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007ffd14911000)
libmilter.so.1.0 => not found

I believe the package is missing symlinks
libmilter.so.1 -> libmilter.so.1.0.1
