Bug#1017430: libnss-ldap: Please drop package: orphaned and abandoned upstream

Dear QA team,

please drop libnss-ldap.

It has been orphaned since 2013 [1], upstream development has ceased in 
2009 [2] and the sources are no longer published upstream [3].

Users of libnss-ldap can use libnss-ldapd as a replacement in the 
majority of cases. More advanced use-cases are covered by libnss-sss.
