If files served is larger than 2GB, twoftpd ignores it. twoftpd website says:
On 32-bit Linux, to allow access to files 2GB and larger, make sure
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 is in conf-cc.

Today it is reasonable to expect such small files (files >2GB), thus this option should be the default build, right?
