Hello,

I am about to upload the current version of doxygen, before doing that I 
ran a quick scan of ~500 build-deps 
(https://salsa.debian.org/debian/doxygen/-/wikis/ratt_doxygen_1.9.4-1_amd64-partial) 
and found that this package was one of 4 that FTBFS.

The errors were:

    Output written on refman.dvi (90 pages, 336368 bytes).
    Transcript written on refman.log.

The errors do not occur with the current version of doxygen (1.9.1). I 
attach the build logs.
