christoph has misunderstood that i have provided the repro circumstances:
sysvinit is required to be installed and utilised before this bug will occur.
with sysvinit being a supported debian boot mechanism the closure
of this bugreport is not the correct action to take.
this bug is not unreproducible: the declaration that it is unreproducible
is invalid.
