Bug#989030: memtest86+: New upstream version available v5.31b



Hey.

Just for the records:

Last September I had a short email conversation with memtest86+'
upstream, and it seemed to me that he considered 5.31b rather as a
"stabli-ish" version than b(eta):

So I guess one should perhaps consider 5.31b fit for being used, rather
than the current version which is at least for me broken on nearly any
modern CPU.
