Dear Maintainer,

the descriptions for python-ofxparse and python3-ofxparse say:
"See the Help! section below for directions on how to do this."
but there is nothing after that text (since the description is usually read before installing the package I'd rather not give instructions for bug reports and remove that sentence).

Please note also that the descriptions say "There are three different types of OFX files [...]" but do no state if they are supported by the parsers.
