Package: libreadline5
Version: 5.1-7
Severity: wishlist

It would be great if readline had a 'both' editing-mode. It would work
like emacs mode at first; but when you pressed Esc, it would work like
vi mode (set -o vi) instead.

This would allow users to enjoy the best of both modes by switching
between them quickly and easily.
