Bug#969409: sendfile: weekly cron job should use mktemp instead of tempfile

Control: severity -1 grave

Since tempfile has been removed from debianutils, bumping the severity of this
bug to grave.

I have prepared initial fix in https://salsa.debian.org/debian/sendfile , but
we still need more work to make another QA upload.

Thanks,
Boyuan Yang
