Hello,

after booting with recent syslinux/extlinux with the Debian theme as
present on the Deboan live CD or when installed as extlinux on disk the
text console contains inverted and/or flashing text initially.

There is probably some issue with syslinux setting odd VGA text
attributes or not clearing the VGA text buffer.
