The LH_SYSLINUX_MENU_LIVE_ENTRY sets the title for the kernel entries in
syslinux menu generated by live-helper.

I could not find any command line option for setting htis variable.

Also this should be part of the template so that the menu can be
translated into multiple languages but I could not find it in the
template either.
