Package: irda-utils
Version: 0.9.16-4
Severity: normal

Hi there,

I have a USB irda device and I whipped up this script so that when the
hotplug system detected insertion/removal things would Just Work.

I suspect (hope) that this will simplify things for you because the
irda-utils package will only have to worry about connecting low-level
serial drivers to the right port.

Note that I use 'ip link set' ... etc., which creates a dependancy upon
iproute -- quite possible a pre-dependancy actually.

Regards,
Anand
