Dear QA team,

debiandoc-sgml will be dropped after buster or buster+1.

I am going over packages which uses it.

Normally using debiandoc2dbk in debiandoc-sgml, you can update source to modern
format.  But as I see this package that is not the most important issue.  The
English uses wml to build page.  I don't know exactly now but normally
www.debian.org is translated via PO system.  Or bare wml if the translation was
done long time ago.  This package doesn't track web page contents.

So if you want doc-debian in French or in other language, use the more updated
content from web to build such (probably by fixing and extending doc-debian
itself.)  Then this french page is reliably updated.

This package has been around without fix to bug reported.

Anyway, dropping of debiandoc-sgml will make this package RC buggy.

Since this is not maintained, it's time to drop.
