When I try to install c-blosc from an ordinary shell I got the following 
error: `E: Unable to locate package c-blosc` Here is a transcript: # apt-get install c-blosc Reading package lists... Done

E: Unable to locate package c-blosc

my sources.list contains:

I am using Debian stretch, kernel 4.9.0-11-amd64
