Bug#932865: python-qrtools: not installable: depends on python2 version of zbar

Package: python-qrtools
Version: 1.4~bzr32-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi!
This package depends on python-zbar, which has already been removed as part
of the python2-rm transition. This obviously makes it non-installable.
