Hi,

I try to limit the upload with --max_upload_rate 10 (or others values), but
my current upload is now 30 KB/s, then I suppose that command line option
doesn't work.

I can see with gkrellm that the upload speed is the same than the one I
see with btlaunchmanycurses.
