Bug#938884: python-zeitgeist (binary) removal blocked by gtk-doc

It should be possible to add PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3
to the (dh_auto_)configure command-line (preferred), or
export it as an environment variable (as was done in 1.0.1-0.1, see
<https://salsa.debian.org/debian/zeitgeist/commit/597b81b56bf70b489b87a40487fc4488efdf3f62>;
this is less preferred than adding it to the configure command line).
This means the new version of gtk-doc isn't required.

I see Boyuan Yang has imported zeitgeist into
<https://salsa.debian.org/debian/zeitgeist/> and started to update it
to version 1.0.2. Are you intending to adopt this package? (If not,
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/zeitgeist/ seems like a good place to
prepare QA uploads.)
