Package: editmoin
Version: 1.10.1-2
Severity: wishlist

editmoin should use $VISUAL in preference to $EDITOR.

It should use the Debian convention of calling sensible-editor (not
vi) if neither are set.

In sh notation, this would be expressed as:

    ${VISUAL:-${EDITOR:-sensible-editor}}

-- System Information:
Debian Release: lenny/sid
  APT prefers testing
  APT policy: (990, 'testing')
Architecture: i386 (i686)

Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core)
Locale: LANG=en_AU.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash

Versions of packages editmoin depends on:
ii python 2.5.2-2 An interactive high-level object-o
ii python-central 0.6.8 register and build utility for Pyt

editmoin recommends no packages.

Versions of packages editmoin suggests:
pn vim-addon-manager <none> (no description available)

-- no debconf information
