Bug#921527: cuneiform_1.1.0+dfsg-7 - FTBFS on ppc64el

The problem reported was fixed for some arch in version 1.1.0+dfsg-6 but 
apparently it is not universal.

The main question is is the 'Architecture: any all' appropriate ? since 
readme says
